Oxford is expected to be busy during the week of the conference therefore it is recommended that accommodation is booked at the earliest opportunity.

Registration fees will be:
Tier A*    
Early Bird £350  (IME/UKCEN members £275); Early bird prices will end on 31st March 2018
Standard £400  (IME/UKCEN members £325); Standard prices will run 1st April 2018 until the 18th June 2018
Late registration £415  (IME/UKCEN members £360); Late registration will run 19th June onwards
One Day £210  (IME/UKCEN members £160)

Standard £270; Standard prices will run 1st April 2018 until the 18th June 2018 
Late registration £285; Late registration will run 19th June onwards

*Tier A: Individuals currently residing in high-income nations who are neither students currently enrolled in a full-time degree programme nor early career (three years or less from completion of highest degree).

**Tier B: Individuals currently residing in high-income nations who are early career (three years or less from completion of highest degree) OR Health Care Professionals earning £35K or less.

***Tier C: Individual currently residing in low & middle-income nations OR students currently enrolled in a full-time degree programme (proof of student status will be required).

 

We are aware that Oxford is likely to be busy during the period of the conference therefore if you wish to stay overnight we urge you to book accommodation as early as possible in order to get the best possible price.  We do not have an accommodation partner but have found the hotel comparison websites to be useful; alternatively if you are looking for student accommodation (available to non-students also) this can be found at http://www.universityrooms.com/en/city/oxford/home/

Bursaries


The organisers of ICCEC 2018 are delighted to be able to provide a number of bursaries to attend the conference for delegates from both the UK and overseas.

The Institute of Medical Ethics (IME) are extending their Conference Grant Scheme to cover UK based undergraduate medical students and UK based postgraduate students studying for their MA, MPhil or PhD in medical ethics or bioethics (and includes F1 & 2 doctors).
